Manager

College degree in Social Work, Special Education or Psychology + one years experience working with MR/DD population in a managerial capacity or 4 years equivalent practical experience working with MR/DD population with one years experience working in a managerial capacity. Valid drivers license.

Manager in Training

Excellent opportunity for person experienced in serving people with disabilities to move up the career ladder; prefer experience in supervision and college degree.

Direct Care

High School graduate, prefer experience working with MR/DD population or related field and credits toward college degree preferred. Requires valid drivers license and insurable with agency insurance carrier.

Day Program

Prefer college degree in Social Work, Special Education or Psychology + one year experience working with MR/DD population in a supervisor capacity or equivalent practical experience working with MR/DD population with one years experience working in a managerial capacity. Possession of a valid drivers license.

Trainee

New Concepts provides an excellent entry level training program for those interested in a career in social services. Trainees will receive a 120 day training program consisting of both class instruction as well as practical hands on experience. Those trainees who complete challenging training program will proceed with confidence and a wealth of information that will assist them throughout their career.
