New Concepts for Living, Inc. Appoints Vincent Romano to Board of Trustees
(Rochelle Park, New Jersey) — New Concepts for Living, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Vincent Romano, Sales Manager with L&S Paesana Packing Company, Inc., to the board of trustees. New Concepts, a community non-profit organization based in Rochelle Park, works with people with disabilities and their families throughout Bergen County.
"Mr. Romano is extremely caring and compassionate about the needs of the disabled population New Concepts serves and is committed to helping the organization grow and prosper," said Homer J. Cudia, Chairman, New Concepts for Living, Inc. board of trustees.
Mr. Romano’s career spans 47 years in the food industry. For seven years, he has been Sales Manager of L& S Paesana Packing Company, Inc. The company markets the Paesana brand of Italian gourmet products, including a premium line of pasta sauces found in major supermarkets. Prior to his current position, he owned popular bakery product distributorships that included Tastykake food items.
During the six years that Mr. Romano has been involved with New Concepts, he has participated in various projects, such as organizing the placement of umbrellas assembled by developmentally disabled clients serviced by the organization in Inserra Shoprites in Bergen County. He has also been an active member of the Disabled Children’s Foundation’s golf committee.
Mr. Romano, a Korean War veteran, attended New York University and studied mechanical engineering. Over the years, he has volunteered with the Knights of Columbus and the Sons of Italy.
