Calling All Golfers: New Concepts Disabled Childrens Foundation Announces Ninth Annual SkyMark Golf Classic

(Rochelle Park, New Jersey) — The New Concepts Disabled Children’s Foundation (NCDCF), a non-profit, tax-exempt organization, announces that the ninth annual golf charitable event, The SkyMark Golf Classic, will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at the picturesque High Point Golf Club, 342 Shore Drive in Montague, New Jersey.

The NCDCF invites golfers to participate in this event that raises funds to help people with developmental disabilities and their families. All proceeds from the event will go directly to provide services and support for people with developmental disabilities and their families.

The day-long activities start with registration from 9:30 a.m. to noon, a putting contest at 10:30 a.m., lunch at 11:00 a.m., and a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail reception, dinner and awards ceremony in the evening. Various prizes will be awarded, and a silent auction will be open for bidding throughout the day.

Several sponsorship opportunities are available and 100 percent tax-deductible. These include an individual golfer, $350 sponsorship fee; a foursome for $1,400, and the silver ($2,000), gold ($3,000), and platinum ($5,000) levels that offer various packages. Other opportunities include sponsoring the evening reception ($5,000) and a hole ($250) with a flag imprinted with the sponsor’s name.

The New Concepts Disabled Children’s Foundation organizes fundraising activities and events to support New Concepts for Living, Inc.’s (New Concepts) mission to provide quality care and services to people with developmental disabilities and their families. New Concepts, a community-based, non-profit organization located in Rochelle Park, New Jersey, enables people with developmental disabilities to realize their dreams and to achieve their individual potential through quality community programs and services that include housing, vocational and day program training, recreation, advocacy, and family education and support.
