New Concepts for Living Promotes Dayhan Villalobos Richards to Human Resources Representative
(Rochelle Park, New Jersey) — New Concepts for Living, Inc. (New Concepts), a non-profit, tax-exempt organization that services people with developmental disabilities and their families in Bergen County, announces that Dayhan Richards, nee Villalobos, has been named Human Resources Representative. Ms. Richards, a resident of Bergenfield, has worked with New Concepts for three years, and previously, she was the organizations receptionist/secretary.
In her new position, Ms. Richards responsibilities include reviewing resumes and applications submitted to the organization and forwarding them to the appropriate department heads and facilitating the hiring process with new staff. In addition, she updates staff records, responds to employees inquiries completing health insurance forms, and provides data entry.
Ms. Richards, nee Villalobos, emigrated as a child from Costa Rica to the United States and has lived since then in New Jersey. She has participated actively in the community volunteering with New Life Covenant Church in Teaneck by distributing clothes and food to homeless individuals. During the Christmas season, she has helped to make baskets for homeless or needy families.
In her spare time, she hikes, goes to the beach, and enjoys seeing nature.
